On the evening of 1 November 2026, officers of the Trikala DIAS motorcycle-police unit arrested an 18-year-old Greek woman in Trikala.[1][2] She was caught possessing a small amount of dried, unprocessed cannabis.[1][3][2] Officers seized the cannabis at the scene.[4][3][2] Police handled the 18-year-old’s arrest as a violation of narcotics legislation.[4][3]

On the morning of the same day in Trikala, police arrested a minor Greek girl, and the Trikala Subdirectorate for the Prosecution and Investigation of Crimes opened a forgery case against her.[1] The minor had been taken to hospital for first aid after consuming alcohol.[1] Inquiries then found that she had earlier entered a shop and entertainment venue by showing a false identification document and had consumed alcohol there.[1]

The cannabis arrest occurred on the evening of Sunday, 1 November 2026, in Trikala.[4][3] The person arrested in that cannabis case was 18 years old and the substance seized was described as a small amount of dried raw cannabis.[5]
