Paulínia’s Guarda Civil Municipal arrested a man in flagrante for drug trafficking on Monday 2 November 2026 during an operation in the Ouro Negro neighbourhood.[1] The suspect tried to flee through vegetation when officers approached and was then located and arrested in flagrante.[1] A woman who was accompanying the suspect was also taken to the police station for investigation.[1] Two buyers signed terms for drug possession and all those involved were taken to the Plantão Policial de Paulínia, where the case was registered.[1]
The operation seized 263 drug portions, described as cocaine, crack, marijuana, skunk and hashish.[1] The discarded bag held 100 cocaine pinos, 40 crack portions, 57 marijuana portions, 52 skunk portions and 14 hashish portions.[1] The cannabis component recorded here is the 57 marijuana, 52 skunk and 14 hashish portions, with the cocaine and crack portions explaining the same seizure but not counted as cannabis.[1] Supported by other patrol cars, the GCM had set a cordon in a nearby wooded area.[1]
The incident began on Rua Pedro Pigatto Filho when guards stopped a vehicle leaving a spot known for drug dealing.[1] A search found a cocaine microtube with the driver, who admitted buying it there and gave information about the seller.[1]
