National Police detained three people in Orihuela, a woman and two men aged 43 to 50, for alleged drug trafficking and receiving stolen goods.[1] The operation dismantled two drug sale points.[1] After identifying the three occupants and obtaining judicial authorisation, officers searched both homes.[1] The three detainees were placed at the disposal of the duty investigating court in Orihuela.[1]

Searches in both homes seized 44 grams of hashish and 45 grams of marijuana.[1] Officers also seized tools for handling, measuring and distributing the substances.[1] Officers also found nine mobile phones, 14 watches, 12 drills, machinery including sanders, radial saws, blowers and cement mixers, plus a bicycle and three scooters.[1]

Judicial Police in Orihuela opened the inquiry after learning of two homes suspected of distributing mainly hashish and marijuana.[1] During surveillance officers saw heavy visitor traffic at both homes and found some people leaving carrying substances they had apparently just bought.[1] Investigators found the suspects allegedly accepted valuable stolen objects in exchange for drugs.[1] Police linked the seized objects so far to six burglaries with force committed in Orihuela.[1] Victims were notified and were able to recover their belongings according to police information.[1] The investigation continues to establish the origin of the remaining items and clarify any other possible offences.[1]
