Carabinieri from the Naples Vomero station went to a 30-year-old man’s home to install an electronic bracelet.[1] The man was already under an order to report to the judicial police and not to approach his former partner while awaiting bracelet monitoring.[1] Officers arrested the 30-year-old for alleged possession of drugs for dealing, and he was taken to jail to await a court decision.[1][2]

On the kitchen table in plain view, officers saw two jars containing cannabis flowers.[1][2] A further search found two packets of marijuana weighing 150 grams and 200 grams and a 94-gram block of hashish.[3][2] Officers also found a notebook recording accounts of the alleged dealing activity and material for packaging doses.[1] In the home officers also found four bullets and 320 euros in cash treated as alleged proceeds of the activity.[3]

The home visit had been arranged to fit the bracelet that would monitor compliance with the stay-away measure.[3] The 30-year-old remained in custody awaiting trial, with no court outcome reported.[3]
