Zaragoza’s Audiencia Provincial, the provincial court, imposed three years in prison on three men and a woman accused of trafficking drugs from the house where they all lived on Calle del Carmen in Caspe.[1] The four had been detained in the early hours of 8 August 2025 after a Guardia Civil, Spain’s Civil Guard, investigation into the property.[1] Investigators described the sales point as very active, noting a constant flow of visitors at any hour of the day.[1]

When officers searched the house they found marijuana, hashish and cocaine.[1] The search, distributed across the three floors of the house, recovered 13 grams of marijuana, 7 grams of hashish and 20 grams of hashish pollen, the cannabis component recorded here.[2] Officers also recovered 20 grams of rock cocaine and 12 grams of cocaine, plus more than 100 grams of cutting agent, cocaine doses already prepared for sale, distribution materials and precision scales.[2] Officers found 4,460 euros in cash in mixed-denomination notes hidden on one of those present.[2] About ten people were inside the house when officers entered, including residents and others who were using drugs there.[2] Officers also found a video-surveillance camera hidden in a juice carton on a balcony and pointed at the street to spot passers-by and police.[2]

The Guardia Civil said a two-month investigation preceded the raid on a house suspected of being used for drug selling.[2] That investigation found continuous distribution of mainly cocaine and hashish with security measures to avoid interception.[2] The four detainees were three men and a woman aged 24 to 62, two Spanish and two Moroccan nationals.[2] The detainees were brought before the Caspe court, which imputed a public-health offence of drug trafficking.[2] The November 2026 ruling was the court’s sentence in that case.[1]
