The courier said he acted for a handler who supplied a car, a list of recipients and cash for fuel and tolls, paying 200 euros per day.[1] He said he needed money and was driving without a licence.[1] The prosecutor called the case an example of the uberisation of drug trafficking and requested two years in prison including 18 months suspended.[1] The court went further, imposing one year of firm prison and revoking 18 months of a prior suspended sentence, making two and a half years firm in total.[1]
