The research and intervention brigade of the Blida wilaya police dismantled an
organised transnational network and seized more than 70 kilograms of treated kif
from Morocco, the Directorate General of National Security (DGSN) said in a
communiqué.[1]
Investigators established that the network ran from the country’s western borders
toward the central wilayas; operations at Blida and Tlemcen, coordinated with the
competent prosecutor, led to the arrest of five members and the recovery of two
passenger cars used in the trafficking.[1] The accused were brought before the
prosecutor at the Blida court.[1]
