The Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office has sent an indictment to court against a man
accused of holding drugs for distribution and selling part of them.[1]Prosecutors say he sold part of the drugs to two people.[1]The case has been
transferred to the Sofia City Court, which has not yet set a date for a
preliminary hearing.[1]
According to the prosecution, on 14 June 2024 the man held 3,145.67 grams of
marijuana, 53.82 grams of hashish and 60.50 grams of cocaine in a flat in the
capital’s Hipodruma district.[1]The reported weight is net weight.[1]The
indictment values all the substances together at 45,825.04 euros, the
prosecution’s figure for the mixed seizure.[1]
