Police from the Area Police Office in Bhedetar searched Dambar Iwa Limbu’s home in Ward 4 of Sangurigadhi Rural Municipality, Dhankuta, and arrested him.[1] Limbu was identified as a resident of Ward 4 in that municipality, and officers searched his home there.[1] The operation was described as taking place in Bhedetar, with the searched home located in Sangurigadhi Rural Municipality Ward 4.[1]
During the search, police found 20 kilograms of ganja inside the house.[1] Ganja is the term used for cannabis, and police seized the substance they found.[1] The officers seized the recovered cannabis and arrested Limbu during the same operation.[1]
Police said the required legal process against Limbu had begun.[1] The amount seized from the house was reported as 20 kilograms by weight.[1] The operation combined a search of Limbu’s residence, a cannabis seizure and one arrest.[1] Police arrested one person, Dambar Iwa Limbu, during the operation.[1] The cannabis was found and seized inside the same residence officers searched.[1]
