Officers of the State Security Service’s Tashkent department and the capital’s police jointly worked a leased farmland plot in Qibray district placed under surveillance on a tip-off.[1][2]

Two cargo containers at the field’s edge were inspected before witnesses; inside were 7 kilograms of dry marijuana stored for sale or distribution, an IZH-38 pneumatic weapon and three 12 mm combat cartridges, all seized as evidence.[1][2] The plot was leased long-term to a previously convicted Qibray resident born in 1986; a pre-investigation check and legal assessment are underway.[1][2]
