Officers of the Pella Department for the Prosecution and Detection of Crimes
arrested three people in an area of Pella.[1] The main suspect is a
33-year-old Greek man whose home was searched in that operation.[2] A
17-year-old Greek youth was also arrested after being found with cannabis he had
obtained earlier from the 33-year-old.[2][3] The youth’s mother was arrested for
neglect of supervision of a minor.[2][3]
From the 33-year-old’s house officers seized two packets of raw cannabis with a
combined weight of 158.3 grams.[1][3] Officers seized another 27 grams of raw
cannabis from the same house, along with a precision electronic scale and a
metal cannabis grinder.[1][3] From the man’s possession officers seized 70 euros
and two mobile phones.[1] From the 17-year-old officers seized one packet of
raw cannabis weighing 12.2 grams.[1][3]
Police treated the 33-year-old’s case as alleged drug trafficking.[2] The
arrests took place on the Sunday before the 3 November reports, which
corresponds to 1 November 2026.[2]
The incident date of 1 November 2026 is inferred because one outlet says the arrests happened the day before yesterday and the other says last Sunday, both published on 3 November 2026.
The recorded cannabis total of 0.1975 kg is the sum of the separately stated 158.3 g, 27 g and 12.2 g amounts.
The exact locality within the Pella area and the suspects' names were not published.
No charges, detention outcome or court referral were reported.
