On Wednesday 8 April 2026 the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Organized Crime Task Force (OCTF) raided two illegal marijuana grow sites and two processing facilities, the attorney general’s office said.[1][2] Agents searched KMA 2021 and Wanna-Dab Labs in Tulsa and Danky McNuggy Medical Group locations in Claremore and Tulsa.[1][2]

The task force seized more than 58,920 marijuana plants and 1,350 pounds (about 612 kg) of processed marijuana.[1][2] Several suspects were arrested, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement took nine people identified as illegal immigrants into custody for deportation.[1][2]

Among those arrested were Qiu Cheng Chen, known as Sam Chen, and his wife Xiufeng Lin, known as Linda Lin, of Jenks.[1][2] They were booked on complaints including conspiracy to defraud the state, conspiracy to manufacture marijuana, aggravated manufacturing in Tulsa and Rogers counties and a pattern of criminal offences.[1][2] Investigators accused the couple of running a trafficking organisation since 2024 that used straw owners to register and operate medical marijuana businesses in Tulsa and Rogers counties while hiding the true owners.[1][2]

The OCTF worked with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, Tulsa and Rogers county sheriffs, Cherokee marshals, the Oklahoma National Guard civil support team, state agriculture officials and several federal agencies; county crews helped destroy the seized cannabis.[1]
