The Kinetic Intervention Team forced entry to a residence on Kings Bench Street
in Hull at approximately 7.20am on 2 November.[1][2] Officers had executed a
drugs warrant at the Hull property.[1] Inside the property, officers
discovered suspected cannabis plants spread across three floors of the building.[1][2] Officers estimated the number of suspected plants at 165 in total.[1][2] The
suspected plants were confiscated from the Hull property.[1] After the raid,
enquiries were continuing to identify the individuals connected to the suspected
cannabis operation, with no arrests named.[1][2]
The operation was conducted under the Misuse of Drugs Act.[1][2] Police continued
to encourage community members to report any concerns or suspicions about
drug-related crime, emphasising the importance of public information in aiding
evidence collection and enforcement actions such as warrants.[1] Residents
with information were asked to contact their local police officers or call the
non-emergency number 101, and to call 999 in the event of an ongoing crime.[1]
No arrests, charges or court outcomes were reported; enquiries to identify those connected were described as ongoing.
No weight, value or cultivation-area figure was published, so only the plant count is recorded.
The raid is dated 2 November without a year in the text; 2026 is used from the source's 3 November 2026 publication date.
