Mihailo Bozovic, 45, was arrested on Tuesday 27 October 2026 in Countryside,
Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.[1] He had been added to Attorney General
Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted list two days before.[2] An agent with the
Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office found that Bozovic was likely living in
Countryside.[3] The agent worked with the Countryside Police Department, which
arrested him at a traffic stop.[3] Drummond said Bozovic would be returned to
Oklahoma to answer the charges.[3]
He faces charges in Ottawa County, Oklahoma, of manufacture of a controlled
dangerous substance, possession of material with intent to manufacture, unlawful
possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, and trafficking in
illegal drugs.[2] He is accused of manufacturing, possessing and trafficking
25 pounds or more of marijuana, about 11.3 kg, in June and July 2024.[3]
Drummond said trafficking drugs in these quantities “fuels addiction and crime
in Oklahoma communities”.[3] He said Bozovic had evaded the law for more than
two years.[3]
The 10 Most Wanted list offers rewards of up to $3,000 for information leading
to a fugitive’s arrest.[1] The attorney general’s office said 18 fugitives
have been caught through the list since it launched in 2024.[2]

- The reports give no court date in Ottawa County and do not say whether Bozovic will contest being returned to Oklahoma.
- None of the reports gives the exact day he was added to the Most Wanted list, and the alleged offences are dated only to June and July 2024.
- All three accounts rest on the attorney general's announcement; no court record or independent witness account was found.
- The text gives a weight ("11.3 kg") but the figures have no kg_seized; check whether it belongs there.
- Left out, as its quotation was not found in KOKH: Drummond said the arrest showed “what happens when law enforcement agencies work together across state lines”.
