South Australia police arrested a 30-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman after searching a home at Highgate, Adelaide, on 25 September 2026.[1] Police charged the pair with two counts each of trafficking a commercial quantity and trafficking a large commercial quantity of a controlled drug, plus a further trafficking count.[1] Both were refused police bail and were listed to appear before the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday 28 September.[2]

Officers allegedly found 700 grams of cannabis at the property, alongside about 3 kilograms of cocaine, 871 grams of ketamine and 385 grams of MDMA.[1] Investigators also allegedly found $72,595 in cash at the home.[1] Police also seized a Renault van, a Suzuki SUV and a large amount of jewellery and watches in connection with the alleged offending.[1]
