Kentucky woman charged after 37-pound marijuana package; 136 pounds seized
Clark County deputies in Kentucky arrested Kristina Combs on 29 October 2026 after she signed for a 37-pound marijuana package that Lexington police had intercepted. The sheriff's office said officers then seized 136 pounds of marijuana, 36 plants, more than 5,000 THC vapes, hallucinogenic mushrooms, more than $50,000 in cash and a handgun, and charged her with trafficking and cultivation.

Kentucky man arrested after dancing in road; 13 marijuana plants found at home
Deputies arrested Jonathan Smith after a report of a man dancing in Stringtown Road led them to 13 marijuana plants growing at his home in Nelson County, Kentucky, on the evening of 5 August 2026. He was taken to the Nelson County Jail and charged with disorderly conduct, drug possession, cultivating five or more plants and drug paraphernalia.
