Murnau Schleierfahnder, veil-search officers, checked a 32-year-old man from
Moldova on the A95 near Ohlstadt.[1] The control took place in the night to
Saturday.[1] Officers arrested the man at the scene, and he was then in
pretrial detention.[1] That same Saturday he was brought before the competent
judge, a pretrial-detention warrant was issued, and he was transferred to a
prison.[1]
During the control officers found about 300 grams of hashish and 150 grams of
marijuana.[1] Together the hashish and marijuana amounted to about 450 grams
of cannabis products.[1] Officers had noticed the Skoda at about 1:15 while it
was travelling toward Munich.[1] Police also seized a deceptively realistic
assault-rifle replica, described as a so-called Softair airsoft gun.[1]
According to the police account, the man presented a forged Moldovan driving
licence and could show no valid driving licence.[1]
The Garmisch-Partenkirchen criminal police station is investigating the case,
and the Munich II public prosecutor’s office applied to the competent Local
Court for a detention warrant against the suspect.[1]
The control is dated only as the night to Saturday around 1:15 in an article published 2 November 2026; 31 October 2026 is used as the incident date for the preceding Saturday.
No second report of this stop could be opened, so the account relies on a single outlet's police-based report.
The page's only photo is captioned as a symbol image of a police patrol car and does not show this seizure, so no media entry is added.
The reports give no name for the detained man and no court outcome beyond the pretrial-detention warrant.
